In 2008, we are taking advantage of the new Securities and Exchange Commission rules allowing issuers to provide proxy materials to stockholders on the Internet. The new rules enable us to provide our stockholders with the information they need, while lowering the cost of the delivery of the materials and reducing the environmental impact of printing and mailing hard copies.** Instead of the printed proxy materials that you have received in the past, you will receive a notice in the mail with instructions on how to access your proxy materials and vote on the Internet.

Shares Held in Street Name

Most Intel stockholders hold their shares in street name through a stockbroker, bank, or other nominee rather than directly in their own name. In that case, you are considered the beneficial owner of shares held in street name. You will need to enter your control number on this site. If you received proxy materials in the mail, your control number appears in the box that has a solid black arrow pointing to it.

Stockholders of Record

If your shares are registered directly in your name with our transfer agent, Computershare Trust Company, N.A., such as by holding an Intel stock certificate or by having book entry of direct registration shares, you are considered the stockholder of record with respect to those shares. You will need to enter your control number on this site. If you received proxy materials in the mail, your control number appears in a shaded box on your proxy card. If you received proxy materials electronically, your control number is included in the e-mail you received.
